    At Alpine Trail, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help with our 30-Day Guarantee. 

    Returns & Refunds

    We offer free returns for all eligible products. To initiate a return:

    1. Submit a Return Request – Please reach out to us on our contact form to begin the process. Include your order number and your reason for requesting a return.
    2. Shipping Information – Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions.
    3. Return Confirmation – We will notify you once your return has been received and accepted.
    4. Refund Processing – Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

    Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

    Damaged Products

    If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will assess the issue and issue a swift refund as soon as we receive the damaged item.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom Personalized Name Patches – Due to the unique nature of custom-engraved and personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these products. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

    Sizing

    We know how important the right fit is—especially when it comes to gear designed for everyday adventures. That’s why we provide detailed sizing guides on each product page to help you choose the best option for your dog. All of our products also feature adjustable straps and custom-fit options to give you added flexibility and confidence in your selection.

    Because we offer these resources up front and design our products with adjustability in mind, we’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size—but we do not offer refunds on size-related issues. Our team is always here to help guide you before you place your order, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about fit.

    Delivery issues

    We work hard to provide clear and accurate estimated delivery times on each product page, and the majority of orders arrive within the stated timeframe. As some of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our partners, delivery times may occasionally vary.

    If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of date of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund upon request.

    Orders that arrive within the 30-day delivery window are considered successfully delivered and will not qualify for a refund on the basis of delivery time alone. We always encourage customers to check the estimated delivery time shown on the product page before placing an order.
